It is so awful to not understand y...I feel for you! It is so awful to not understand your baby. My little one still wakes over and over in the night, and after agonizing over why, I just had to start to go with it. If he wakes, I get up and put the pacifier in. (Which I beat myself up over, much like you with the bottle. He'll never learn to self-soothe! But then I remind myself that yes, someday he will learn.) It can be so rough, especially when you start to get sleep deprived. But you're not alone! Sometimes just knowing other moms are going through this makes me feel marginally better.
